光大银行信用卡溢缴款就是信用卡中的存款，银行不予以计付利息。意思就是，如果你本期需还款900元，实际还款1000元，多出的100元就是溢缴款。溢缴款取回是收取手续费的。所以最好使用信用卡就行消费，尽量不要取出来。
